My Call List

Sometimes you may be feeling upset, overwhelmed, or stressed out. The best thing to do is talk to someone. There are lots of people you can talk to that can help you feel better. Write down phone numbers of these people on this list. Put the list in an easy to find place. 

Remember to call someone if you are feeling upset or stressed out!
